The standard we build to
Pages are built for WCAG 2.1 level AA. Body text is 18px on white. Focus is a rose ring you can see. Every field has a label. Pictures have a text alternative. The menu works without a script. The month device still shows its answers when JavaScript is off.
If a control covers a heading, a form field, or a link, that is a defect. Tell us on the phone and we move it. The same number reaches a person who can read a page aloud with you if that is easier than the screen.
How to move through a page
The first stop on a keyboard is the skip link, then the wordmark, then Menu on a narrow screen, then the links, then the headline. On a wide screen the links are already open in a row. Buttons name the next step in a few words. Links inside a paragraph are underlined.
The hero clip is muted, it loops, and it does not flash. If you have asked the system to reduce motion, that clip stays a still picture and the tiles do not lift.
How to reach us about access
Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Call +1 844-324-7273 and say accessibility. We will answer with a format that works, including a conversation instead of a form, if the form is the part that failed.
